Terms and Conditions


  • EdComs will confirm receipt of all booking forms.
  • Payment must be received in full two weeks before the event.
  • Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received payment.
  • Cancellations confirmed in writing two weeks before the event will receive a refund less a charge of 25% + VAT.
  • Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event date are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions will be accepted up to five days before the event.
  • Non payment or non attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and a 100% cancellation charge applies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admittance if payment has not been received.
  • An ‘early bird discount’ applies to all bookings paid in full by 26 September 2008.
  • EdComs and Business in the Community reserve the right to change the programme, speakers and/or venue without prior notice.
  • Delegate instructions will be forwarded prior to the event date if full payment has been received.
